peter smogner founded trilja in 2022 after more than a decade of leading complex projects in energy, transport, finance, and public infrastructure. with a civil engineering degree from kth — a b.sc. in information technology and an m.sc. in industrial management — he brings a rare mix of technical depth and strategic focus.
methodical, calm, and pragmatic, he’s known for spotting issues early and keeping teams aligned. his focus is always on doing the work properly — and making sure it holds, even when the pace is fast and the pressure is high.
